10.14.11 – ASRM (American Society of Reproductive Medicine) holds annual conference. Dr. Gilbert presents an independent research assignment as a keynote speaker to the event.   

9.1.11 – Dr. Gilbert is made full Professor. Hofstra North Shore LIJ  School of Medicine promotes Dr. Gilbert to a full Professor of Urology in recognition of his national and international expertise in Reproductive and Sexual Medicine.

5.14.11 – American Urological Association Annual Education Seminar. Dr. Gilbert gives multiple lectures throughout the weekend as a keynote speaker at the 2011 AUA Conference.

3.13.11 – Dr. Gilbert is a Visiting Professor at UCLA. At  UCLA State-of-the-Art Urology  Dr. Gilbert presented three lectures to Attending Urologists, Fellows and Residents on the topics of Acupuncture , Ultrasound , and Male Fertility .

2.3.11 – Dr. Gilbert is Co-Director of the Hofstra North Shore LIJ Annual Mini Medical School in West Palm Florida.  Hofstra North Shore - LIJ School of Medicine held their second Annual Mini Medical School at The Breakers Resort in West Palm, Florida on February 3th 2011. Dr. Gilbert was Co-Course Director and Chaired a session on Male and Female Hormones and Metabolism.

4.2.10 – Dr. Gilbert treats men with azoospermia after cancer therapy. Dr. Gilbert has a special interest and has been successful in treating men with absence of sperm after gonadotoxic treatments such as chemotherapy and radiation therapy.

5.22.09 – Dr. Gilbert directs the Men's Health program at North Shore LIJ Health System.   Dr. Gilbert as Director of Men's Reproductive and Sexual Medicine at North Shore LIJ Health System started a New Program devoted to Men's Health.  Read more....  

1.20.09 – Dr. Gilbert named Course Director.   Dr.Gilbert was named Course Director for the Genital Ultrasound Postgraduate Course at the American Urological Association Conference in Chicago this April.  Dr. Gilbert developed, and has been the Course Director of this course since 2007. 

8.27.08 – Dr. Gilbert Named Director of Reproductive and Sexual Medicine.  Dr. Gilbert was named Director of Reproductive and Sexual Medicine for The Department of Urology, Smith Institute for Urology, North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System

5.17.08 – Ultrasound DVD Released. A Scrotal and Prostate Ultrasound DVD, commissioned by the AUA and produced by Dr. Gilbert, was released at the AUA Meeting in Orlando Florida to rave reviews.

5.17.08 – Postgraduate AUA Ultrasound Course a Success.  A Postgraduate Course on Scrotal Ultrasound was given to Urologists by Dr. Gilbert at the AUA Annual meeting in Orlando Florida.
